We run whole buildings, not scattered flats. That means a caretaker you know, our own maintenance team, and neighbours in the same situation as you.

Wide streets and cut corners, a market downstairs and Sants station nearby: high-speed rail, local trains and metro without leaving the neighbourhood. The practical choice if you travel in and out of Barcelona often.

The Arc de Triomf promenade and Ciutadella park round the corner, with Arc de Triomf station next door. A neighbourhood with a life of its own and the whole centre on foot.
El Raval
2 min walk to La Rambla
The most mixed neighbourhood in the city: the MACBA, the Boqueria market, bookshops, food from half the world. For people who want Barcelona at street level, with no transport needed.

Tree-lined streets, neighbourhood shops and international schools. The uptown part of Barcelona people move to and stay in: quiet at night, the centre ten minutes away.
Every flat is let by the season, with a signed contract and everything clear from day one.

Write to usA contract for a stay with an end date and a temporary reason: studies, work, a relocation or a move in progress. It can't be your permanent home, which is why we'll ask you to tell us the reason for your stay.
The rent and a utilities allowance, which covers consumption up to a limit. If actual use goes over it, we let you know and the difference is paid.
The statutory deposit for a seasonal rental in Spain is two months' rent. It is returned about 30 days after you move out, the time needed to settle the utilities for the final period.
Yes, if you tell us beforehand. The permission is added to the contract as an annex.
No. None of the flats come with a parking space.
By bank transfer, within the first five days of each month.
As a rule, contracts are not extended. If you'd like to stay longer, ask us well in advance and we'll see what we can do.
Let us know as soon as you can, with at least 30 days' notice. We need that time to organise your move-out and the final settlement.
About us
VR Homes is the name Viure Ribas CB uses to let and run its buildings in Barcelona. We are not a portal or a middleman: the buildings are ours and we look after them ourselves.
That changes small things you notice a lot. We hand over the keys in person. Repairs don't pass through three companies. And when you ask for something, the person deciding knows the flat you're talking about.
People who come to live here for a few months, not for a weekend.
